“A World Away” - We are thrilled to provide you with all the comforts of home in the popular St. George area. Located directly across the street from the pool in a quiet resort neighborhood, this property is conveniently situated close to all the BEST activities St. George and Southern Utah have to offer. For guests that bring their boats and all-terrain vehicles to explore the outdoors, this home has an over sized 4+ car garage. You’ll have more than enough room for trailers, etc.
New! The pool amenities are finished and ready for guests to enjoy. The amenities boast a large heated pool surrounded by a lazy river with a 3 story slide. Additionally, there are 2 hot tubs and a splash pad with plenty of room to relax. Guests can also divide up into teams for a friendly pickleball competition on the 2 adjacent courts.
The home's entry level includes a large great room, a kitchen & dining area, the first of two primary bedrooms (one on the main level and one upstairs), a guest bedroom, two bathrooms, and a bonus laundry with full size appliances. Enjoy a 65" 4K Smart TV and Blu-ray player in the living room. You will love the incredible views from the large patio, which includes additional dining seating and a gas grill for your delicious BBQ dinners. The classic kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make and serve your meals. Beautiful quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances, plus seating for 12. The first floor primary bedroom has a California King bed and the en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and large walk-in shower. Both the first floor and second floor primary bedrooms have 55" 4K Smart TV’s. The first floor guest bedroom provides additional adult accommodations with another comfortable California King bed and a 32” TV. The adjoining bathroom doubles as a guest bathroom.
Upstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms, two bathrooms, a loft for additional gathering space, and a second laundry! The loft includes a second 65” 4K Smart TV and Blu-ray for movie night relaxing on the comfortable sectional. The roomy second floor primary bedroom has a King bed with private TV and an en-suite bath. The bunk room was designed with the kids in mind; it has 2 twin over full bunk beds - sleeps up to 6. The fifth and final bedroom has a comfortable King bed and a private TV. The fourth bathroom is shared by the bunk room and the fifth bedroom. Also available a portable pack ‘n play.
This home’s decor is our tribute to world travel. Southern Utah is one of many beautiful locations on our destination bucket list. Golf enthusiasts will recognize the iconic Lone Cypress of Pebble Beach as you enter the home. It is one of our favorite California destinations and the first of our personal photographs found throughout the home. Additional photographs invite you to Venice, Toledo, London, Rome, Peru, Seville, Prague or Paris
"A World Away" is close to Utah National and State Parks; Zion National Park, Snow Canyon, Sand Hollow, Bryce Canyon, and the Grand Canyon are a must when visiting Southern Utah. This area is also known for great theatrical talent. The Utah Shakespeare Festival in Cedar City and the full musical season at the Tuacahn Amphitheater in Ivins are family favorites. Whether you're seeking warmer weather, hiking and exploring our beautiful canyons, enjoying a golf getaway, or attending one of the many tournaments in the area - this brand new home is perfect for your group; family and friends.

Summary: We (8 adults and 1 child) needed a home base for Ironman 2025 - and this home was a perfect fit for the week. Activities included multiple trips to St. George for race logistics, two days at Zion, multiple state parks, Pioneer Park and more. The weather was warm for May and the nearby pool was a smash hit at the end of busy days. The house was clean and well-appointed - 4 king beds and 4 bunk beds were perfect for us. The garage was HUGE and very helpful for our particular needs. Kristen was great to work with - suggesting activities for a rainy day and accommodating us on the check-out time. We highly recommend this home for your stay!

Summary: The owners of this place have thought of everything to make your stay, comfortable, inviting, and enjoyable. Everything was perfect and exactly as advertised. Plenty of space for everyone. Summary: The property was perfect for two families to share. We loved the cleanliness, accommodations and how close to the freeway for getting to all our soccer games. The kids were a little bummed that the water slide was closed but still enjoyed the pool and hot tubs.

Summary: It is perfectly located for access to Zion and Cedar Breaks. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and close to restaurants and groceries. The kitchen is well stocked and the garage is huge with its own refrigerator. There are two laundry rooms! Loved this house!

Summary: We loved our stay at the property and would definitely stay here again! The home was so clean and had everything we needed. We loved all the bedrooms with private bathrooms. The large parking lot just a street over was perfect t for parking our toys. This host thought of everything from an extra fridge in the garage to pickleball and pool accessories! We had a great stay!

Summary: Loved this home for our combined families! Very comfortable with plenty of beds/baths, great patio for morning coffee. Located across the street from the fabulous pool/moat/slide area which filled our afternoons with hours of fun for all - even in 110 deg.! Hiking, biking, golf, all within minutes. Great location!
